Who is this retreat for?

What if I'm not earning £500K yet?
While our primary focus is on established entrepreneurs, we occasionally accept ambitious business owners who demonstrate exceptional growth potential and commitment. The retreat investment and peer group dynamics work best for those at a certain business maturity level.
Do I need to be in a specific industry?
No. We intentionally bring together entrepreneurs from diverse industries. This cross-pollination of ideas often leads to the most innovative solutions and fresh perspectives on common business challenges.

Logistics
Where is it held?
We choose exclusive destinations—mountains, oceans, and natural getaways—specifically selected for their ability to inspire and focus. Locations vary by retreat and are chosen to complement the specific themes and experiences we're facilitating. Past locations have included the Scottish Highlands, coastal Portugal, and the Swiss Alps.
How long is the retreat?
PowerUp Retreat is a 5-day, 4-night immersive experience. This duration allows for deep work without being away from your business for too long. It's enough time to truly disconnect and gain perspective, but not so long that urgent business matters become problematic.
What's included in the investment?
Everything: accommodation in a private, serene setting; all immersive activities and equipment; healthy, energizing meals prepared by professional chefs; group sessions and one-on-one moments with facilitators; transportation during the retreat; and comprehensive pre- and post-retreat support materials.
What's not included?
Travel to and from the retreat location, personal items, and any additional activities you choose to do during free time. We provide a detailed packing list and travel information once you're accepted.
Application Process
How do I join?
Request an invite through our website. We'll send you a detailed application that helps us understand your business, challenges, and goals. This isn't just a form—it's the beginning of your transformation process. We review each application carefully to ensure the right fit for both you and the group.
Why only 6 people per retreat?
Intimacy creates breakthroughs. With only 6 participants, everyone gets meaningful attention, deep connections form quickly, and we can tailor experiences to the specific needs of the group. Larger groups dilute the experience and reduce the quality of peer learning.
What if I'm not accepted?
We maintain a waiting list and often have multiple retreat dates throughout the year. If timing or fit isn't right for one retreat, we'll work with you to find the right opportunity. We also provide resources and recommendations for your continued growth journey.
Investment & Value
What's the investment?
Investment details are provided during the application process, as they vary based on location and specific retreat offerings. We believe in transparency and will provide complete pricing information once we determine mutual fit.
Is there ongoing support after the retreat?
Yes. PowerUp Retreat includes 90 days of post-retreat support, including monthly group calls with your retreat cohort, access to our private online community, and follow-up resources to help implement your insights. Many participants form lasting mastermind relationships that continue for years.
What kind of ROI can I expect?
While we can't guarantee specific financial returns, participants typically report increased clarity leading to better decision-making, improved leadership effectiveness, and breakthrough strategies that unlock growth. We encourage digital detox for maximum benefit, but we understand business realities. We provide structured communication windows and can work with you to establish emergency protocols. Most participants find that stepping away actually improves their business operations.
